Shipping options of express and standard are typically sent within one business day.

Bulky items will have longer shipping time and need a shipping quote for each order to be confirmed after or before checkout for exact pricing. Due to the nature of the bulky items not being able to go through our normal postal channels this may add another business day or 2 to finalize shipping costs.

*Bulky/heavy items are not eligible for our bonus free delivery deals.

Local delivery is ONLY available to customers in the South of Hobart Tas. Delivery’s will be made same or next day of your order (depending on order placement time.)

Local outside of Southern Tas will be sent via post and will be a small flat rate shipping fee.

Pick up option – Click and collect orders are available to collect any time after purchase during business hours. You will need to bring a valid ID that matches the order name/card details used on the order. if you do not have ID, you cannot receive your pickup.

Pick up – time limit of 2 weeks to collect the order or the transaction will be cancelled.
